Our History

Husband and wife team Troy and Beth Frederick, the attorneys at Frederick Law Group, PLLC, focus only on cases involving Wrongful Death, Personal Injury, Class Action, Medical Malpractice, and Nursing Home Abuse. We only practice in these limited areas of the law because we strive to be the best at what we do.

Focusing on consumer class action and catastrophic personal injury cases, Mr. Frederick represents clients throughout Pennsylvania and the country. Mr. Frederick is a Partner in the Frederick Law Group, PLLC, (FLG) with his wife. Prior to opening FLG, Mr. Frederick was an attorney at a firm that focused its practice on personal injury litigation. While there, Mr. Frederick developed a nation-wide plaintiffs’ class action practice that has made nearly $88 Million dollars available to class members. In 2013, Mr. Frederick had the honor of arguing the landmark case, Shiner v. Ralston, 2013 PA Super 33, 64 A.3d 1 (Pa. Super. Ct. 2013), that led to the establishment of the “Sudden Medical Emergency” defense in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Frederick earned two degrees while enrolled at Vermont Law School, which has been repeatedly ranked as the number one Environmental Law school in the country by U.S. News and World Report. He received his Juris Doctor in 2007 and graduated cum laude with a Master of Environmental Law and Policy the following year. As an undergraduate, Mr. Frederick attended the prestigious Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University, where he was a Schreyer’s Scholar and earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 2002, graduating with honors and high distinction.

Mr. Frederick is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Arizona.

Beth A. Frederick
Partner

Following her graduation from Penn State Behrend as a Schreyer’s Scholar in 2002, Ms. Frederick attended Vermont Law School where she clerked for both the Vermont State’s Attorney’s Office in Burlington, Vermont and the Vermont Department of Labor in Montpelier, Vermont. Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Frederick was a law clerk for an Erie County Court of Common Pleas judge. Prior to opening the Frederick Law Group, PLLC with her husband in 2018, Ms. Frederick worked as an associate attorney in a major Pittsburgh regional law firm and later as an associate attorney in the Pittsburgh office of a nation-wide law firm where she focused her practice primarily in oil & gas title and civil litigation matters. Ms. Frederick currently practices in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and consumer class action law.

Additionally, Ms. Frederick was an Assistant District Attorney for Indiana County From January 1, 2019 through January 1, 2021. In this role she prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases ranging from DUI to homicide and has extensive preliminary hearing and trial experience.

Ms. Frederick is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Arizona.
